FEMINISM :NEED FOR MALE CRUSADERS.

Some people have told me that I am feminist, honestly I am not. I think everyone attributes certain things to feminism. They believe all vocal, hardworking, aspiring, successful, daring women are Feminists. That's not exactly true. Some women are vocal, not necessarily in an attempt to seek equality with both sexes, but just as an expression of who the are.

If at all I am any sort of gender crusader, I think I speak for the men. Families are striving to make their daughters great while our boys slide further and further away from being responsible.
Maybe the men (still)live in the illusion that it is a man's world, expecting everything to fall at their feet. We build the character, manners and values of our girls, and allow our boys exuberance and at the end, most of them end up turning to vices and different acts of illegality.

The earliest women rights crusaders just wanted to have rights. I doubt feminism should be an ideology that spells out what a woman should be exempted from and what a man should be mandated to partake in. If feminism is about equality with the man, what happens if/when it becomes successful and men and women begin enjoy equal rights and opportunities.

Men have their own limitations, would women come this far only to become restrained by the limitations of men as well.
If/When we become at par, do we become satisfied and then relax? What if the talents, abilities and stamina of women can afford greater attainments that allows us to advance further? Do we begin another crusade so we can take the lead? This makes feminism limiting, as it focuses on women becoming everything a man can become and not focusing on women becoming everything they can be.
Honestly, I feel pity for men sometimes. They call women the weaker sex, that invariably makes them the "stronger sex". And they strive to live up to this, even when the illusion shatters before their eyes.
As feminists echo gender discrimination, they choose to keep silent on the preferential treatments women receive everyday. I see women empowerment programs and women scholarship programs everyday. But I have never seen empowerment programs and scholarship schemes designed only for men. Whichever scholarship that is available for all sexes is shared by male and female. And still, more are made available exclusively for women.

We hear crusade against women violence, but it is undeniable that boys/men are abused and violated everyday. Yet no one comes in the front line for them. Women garner sympathy telling tales of an unhappy abusive marriage. But right under our noses are men who live in misery under the umbrella of marriage. No one hears of hardworking young men who are turned into sex preys but of course we hear that of women every day. We have men who foot all the bills of their family and their working class wives do not contribute a dime in the upkeep of the family, yet feminists still demand he partakes in domestic chore. I can go on and on.

The men must arise as well, not to crush the women crusaders, but to ensure that all rights are truly equal for the both sexes.
